Today, my delight knew no bounds: in the city of Alassio (Alassio), where I live, there was an exhibition of chocolate. For the first time in my life, I came across so much chocolate: bitter, milky, white, in tiles, on sticks, of various shapes. My eyes ran up from the abundance of this world famous product.

Today, my delight knew no bounds: in the city of Alassio (Alassio), where I live, there was an exhibition of chocolate. Many tourists go to Italy in order to fully enjoy the cultural and historical heritage of past centuries. To do this, they organize a real marathon for museums and architectural monuments, not knowing that they miss a lot, without looking at one of the amazing museums of food products, which are numerous in the country of pizza, pasta and wine.
Most recently, we visited the Meat Museum (Museo della Salumeria), located in the town of Castelnuovo Rangone in the region of Modena, Emilia-Romagna region in northern Italy. This region is famous for the production of various sausages. As you can see in the photo, there are much more different types of meat products than in any other region of Italy.
